I know of this one and there are a couple of others.
I saw him delete one of them but he hasn't deleted the others.

The right thing would be to tell him you noticed these emails, tell him how you feel about it, and pay careful attention to the way he reacts -- body language, emotions, words -- and run it through the filter of what you know about him already.
When I did he looked me in the eye and said he would never, ever do that to me. And if you don’t tell him, you set him up to lie even further. Because when it comes right down to it, he’s the one who breached the trust of the relationship. Sure, it’s clear he loves you, but that doesn’t mean he’s a great boyfriend, and someone to throw your lot in with.
He should be apologizing to you, asking for forgiveness, and agreeing to go to couples’ counseling, or whatever else it takes to restore the trust. I am getting really bothered by this, because I don't feel it is fair or right for a guy who is in a relationship with someone to have a profile on a dating site.
